Save on Insulation with the OG&E Rebate Program

You could qualify for a rebate to help reduce the cost of upgrading your attic insulation, making your home more energy-efficient and comfortable. Here’s how it works:
Who Qualifies?
You must be an OG&E residential customer with a home that has electric air conditioning.
The rebate applies only to existing homes (built before 2015) and excludes new construction, garages, and sheds.
How Much Can You Save?
The rebate amount is based on the insulation level in your attic before installation:
If your attic insulation is R-0 to R-4: Get up to $500 back.
If your attic insulation is R-5 to R-14: Get up to $300 back.
If your attic insulation is R-15 to R-22: Get up to $250 back.
What’s Eligible?
Insulation types like batt, blow-in, spray foam, and others.
Only attic insulation installed in the space above your conditioned living area qualifies.
How to Claim Your Rebate
Have the insulation installed by a professional.
Submit a completed rebate application along with your invoice.
The rebate is issued as a check after OG&E verifies your submission.
Important Notes:
Rebate submissions must be made by October 31, 2024, to qualify for the 2024 rebate program.
Funding is limited, so be sure to apply early.
