How It Works
If your attic insulation is rated R-22 or less, you may qualify for a $600 rebate by bringing it up to at least R-38. This upgrade can make a big difference in both comfort and long-term energy savings.

Eligibility Requirements:

Your home must have a central HVAC system or heat pump (homes with only window units or floor furnaces do not qualify).

Your current attic insulation must be R-22 or lower.

Your upgraded attic insulation must reach at least R-38.

Foam insulation is only eligible as part of PSO’s Multiple Upgrade rebate.

How to Get the Rebate:

Choose a participating PSO service provider.

Schedule your insulation upgrade.

Let your service provider know you’re applying for the PSO rebate.

The rebate is applied through your invoice once the work is completed.
